"No response to any email about order that I never received. No response from message left w/customer service about order. All other mailboxes are full and cannot record a message. Business appears to be a racket."
"Order was easy enough. However they charged me for, and only sent, part of my order. Yea the other part was only $5.50, but it was the birthday card to go with the shirt. Phone has gone unanswered since the 27th, left message and no returns. Only hope is email, this, and headed to social media. Order 121165...thanks"
"Purchased a t-shirt from this place back in July and never received my t-shirt. I’ve emailed them a couple of times and all I get is the same copy and paste response “Thank you for your email. Due to a high volume of online orders and shipping delays across carriers, it is taking us longer than usual to respond to inquiries and process and ship orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding!” So if you’re looking to buy clothes for next years summer, you should probably buy now cause it probably won’t show up at your doorstep until then. Takes over 4 months to send 1 t-shirt but took them seconds to rob me of my money. Horrible business."
"Major Texas gear - ties, shirts and guayaberas are all top notch. Can be a bit pricey but during sales (which happen frequently) everything is reasonably priced to inexpensive. Their store front offers cool gear from other retailers as well."
