"On 4/27/23. I have been to over 50 city gear stores and this is the worst!!!! The lazy girl behind the counter was laying across the counter scrolling on her phone. Never acknowledged my presence. Security guy was sleeping in a chair. I found a customers wallet (Coach) and gave to employee across counter. She snatched it and threw it on back counter. Straight back to scrolling and didn’t say a word. When I was looking around she went thru the wallet and put something in her pocket. Store is a mess. They had a fold out table with shorts just piled on it with zero organization. I drove to the store on Westheimer where I was pleasantly greeted and professionally helped. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BEACHNUT STORE AND DONT SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE GO THERE."
"Walked in and security nor cashier greeted me. Went to the register and told her i was there to return some items nothing.Showed my bar code. First word spoken was your all set you should have an email. Walked around looked at shoes never asked me if i needed something. I just left."
"This store is the one on will crest and beechnut street behind Pizza Hut. Those are your sorry employees I got here today 12 September at 5:40 that’s 20 minutes before closing and the store was already closed, I call they didn’t bother to pick up , I look through the window and a lady was next to the phone laughing and didn’t bother to pick up. That’s poor management, in times like this you think ya want to make sales, I was just coming to buy a set of shoes, it was gonna be In And out because I knew what I wanted."
