"I give 5 stars not because I've been a patron for years, but because I've seen the evolution of this establishment . Stacie has rebuilt this watering hole from the ground up. I encourage anyone looking for a kind face and a quick hand with a thurst for alcohol to stop by."
"This used to be one of my go to bars for karaoke and open mic nights and to see the friendly bar staff. And now to hear what has transpired from the now previous bar staff and how they were belittled and berated and now wrote off. I don’t see how anyone in their right mind would want to work for such a company that would treat their employees with such little respect. If they attempt to reopen they definitely won’t be getting my business anymore."
"I've spent many nights at this establishment, so it pains me to write this. The staff have always been personable and friendly, so to hear that a higher up (not from Amarillo) would fire the manager in direct retaliation for a complaint about him, and then assault one of the staff (who all quit when he fired the manager) when she came to collect her final tips is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere. The Bar posted online that they are currently closed to make staff changes, but those "staff changes are because the entire staff quit. I'll be going where the staff end up. Every positive review for Marshall's is due to the staff who have been abused and are now gone."
"Bartenders are incredibly slow and half the menu was unavailable when we ordered. Food came out on paper plates and looked like and tasted like it had been microwaved. The most attention the bar got was one of the female bartenders running around telling everyone to put their masks on. How about you worry about service? I gave it three stars primarily for the atmosphere because we met a group of pro dart players and they made the night fun."
