"Terrible service the manager Adrian I think idk it was a gril. Maybe she was running the register under her employee name. Anyways they served me a raw burger ! No apologies, no compensation nada. It was either you want you're money back or burger fixed. I took my money and left. I was disappointed and then she wants to blame her employee for not letting the grill get hot enough, yea it is their fault but hey as manager double check your people ! And actually care about you're job! Apologize to the customers own up to the damn mistake if I would've gotten some type of apology it be different but I didn't get nothing but for them. They literally had no care!"
"Food is the same as all Wendy's. The service is extremely slow. I'm in the drive with NO other cars. Was asked to pull forward to the door and wait on my order. Watch 2 people go in and get food and leave. Waited 15 mins for a cheeseburger meal... unacceptable!"
"I have always loved Wendy's. Still do. Best burgers and Chili. But today the beans in the chili were still crunchy, and the soda machine was twitchy and honestly dirty. I love the new Zero offerings and the variety of Fanta flavors. But I had to push the button 5x just to get 1 cup filled. And the machine looks like it's been cleaned with a mop. Seriously, the beans and twitchy machine are fine. But please let's clean the touch screen soda machine better, how about it? Staff was swift and friendly. Give them a raise."
