"Went to get my oil changed last wednesday... driving to work Monday, my check engine light comes on and engine overheats. Turns out they forgot to put my radiator cap back on when topping off the coolant. After getting towed, turns out I need a complete engine rebuild... $7k!! Trying to reach out to managers, district managers, corporate multiple times. no response from anyone. Next step is obtaining a lawyer. Disgusted how I'm being treated. Avoid this place at all cost -as of Monday 3/4 (2:25pm) still no response from managers or owner. I have made dozens of calls, texts, and emails"

"I'd had some poor experiences at other Jiffy Lube locations in the past, to the point where I'd actually avoid any Jiffy Lube in general. I reluctantly stopped by this one when my normal oil change spot was too busy, and I am glad I did. Felt compelled to write this review because the woman who worked there (I didn't get her name) who helped me out was great. She was super knowledgeable, gave me quick and transparent updates during my service, and I really appreciated her friendly and upbeat customer approach as well. Much different than what I'm used to at tune up shops! And I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. It was enough to make me return here for my future oil changes and tuneups. Thanks kind lady for turning this Jiffy Lube hater into a fan!"
"Had my oil changed in Florida, drove into Austin, Texas only to find out my oil was leaking five days after an oil change. Pulled into Jiffy Lube And was greeted by Martin and Diane. Diane made sure to have my drain plug replaced and my oil topped off at absolutely no car cost! Service was very pleasant and fast. Will definitely be servicing my oil changes here in the future! Highly recommend!"
"In and Out in less than 10 minutes for my state inspection. I can't believe I've been going to the sticker shop waiting over an hour to get my state inspection when literally right next door I could get it done in less than 10 minutes for cheaper. These guys were super nice, quick and professional."
