"I stopped by this business recently on a Friday afternoon, and was told to come back on Saturday morning to have my brake pads installed. I came back on Saturday morning, and the owner saw me walk in for the service I requested the day before. He never acknowledged my presence while he let me stand there for over an hour in the miserable, cold, rain-soaked work area while others pulled in for more profitable wheel service. After I stood there for over an hour, I asked when I would be given service. He responded that he could not get to me that day because of the more profitable jobs coming in after me. I have never been treated so badly by ANY service in Austin. This jerk is a greedy scumbag that only waits on those that look like a profitable customer. He is probably an illegal immigrant on top of that. AVOID this scumbag at all costs."
