"All around, pretty bad experience. I took my car in for an oil change about a week ago and they told me that they were doing the state emissions test as part of my oil change and they did not. After trying to get in touch with my service representative three times, she finally told me to bring my car in first thing in the morning and they could get it done. When I brought it in in the morning I sat in the service center by myself with no other cars around me for around 20 minutes before anyone even checked on me. Following that they told me they couldn't do a service inspection and it would be four to five hours. No communication, making false promises, and just pour management in general. Thanks for wasting my time."

"I purchased brand new Tucson from this location in 2022. And had two maintenance service appointments so far. Both the experiences were terrible. People are not friendly at all. My car also needs diagnostics coz of an alert I got on my dashboard couple of weeks ago. I was told I need to drop off the car for diagnosis and it will take them up to a week to get to it. I will not even get a loaner. Once they diagnose then they add me to waiting list for loaner, and that it may take upto 2 weeks for me to get a loner. Not sure why they need to keep people’s cars for weeks if they can’t get to them. With my previous car I’m used to getting a loaner immediately when needed and a complimentary car wash after every service appointment. When I asked about complimentary car wash at my first appointment. I was told I need to let them know ahead, and that they’ll take care of it during next service. I reminded them about it while scheduling my second appointment. Reminded when I got there, then again when some service recommendations were made. Even after three reminders they didn’t wash the car. When I asked about it front desk lady says. Don’t worry you’re not charged for it. I’m not sure where the charge is coming from. On my drive back I was repenting purchasing a Hyundai. And for my next car I’m thinking of considering looking at service center reviews ahead before deciding on the brand. This is the closest service location otherwise I have to all the way to Roundrock. I’m stuck with them."

"Took my partner's car here because of the notorious knock sensor code that plagues some of Hyundai's engines. That part of the repair was covered under warranty. Took roughly 4 days to finally have the car looked at. It's throwing P1326 - Hyundai has an extended warranty for owners who updated the KSDS software. My partner did that last year in March, and you can verify online with Hyundai with your VIN. We didn't receive a loaner. Total turn around time was probably 2 weeks. We were advised the car needed the spark plugs replaced at 51k miles. All four are corroded, and one ignition coil "broke" when it was removed. Weird how one broke out of 4, but we paid for a new ignition coil. Here's the kicker. They definitely overcharged for labor. For those of you wondering what the labor rate is: it is $232.88 per hour. If you replace the spark plugs, then you're also removing the ignition coils. You can't replace a plug without removing a coil. Simple. Need to swap it? Unplug and plug a new one in. How much was the labor? $465.76 on top of the spark plug replacement being $232.88. 3 hours of labor to change ignition coils and spark plugs. Insane. You can also get your OEM parts cheaper from their online parts store. Ignition Coil online was about $24 cheaper, and the plugs were $4 cheaper (each) than the invoice charge. No pending codes after their work, so there's no complaint for the service rendered. The labor charges are absolutely ridiculous and feel like a scam."

"Twice now I've had to drive down for no reason: First time, the towing company had lost my car key fob. Disregarding the ensuing headache I'd have to endure to replace it with the towing company (who they made me contact instead of handling it), I was unable to get my car serviced until they had a key fob. So I drove down the next day and gave them my spare. Fast forward to picking up my car after a few days and they return both key fobs to me as they had had my original one for who knows how long. But no one bothered to tell me. I'm just glad the tow company didn't have to pay $400 because no one bothered to update me. Second time was for a service appointment for an oil change I believed to be covered under the maintenance package. Terms say until the end of November OR at 32k miles (whichever comes first), yet the mileage portion does not align with the year so if the coverage ends before you hit 32k miles they completely disregard the part of "whichever comes first" and you end up driving south 45 minutes at 7 am to be told this when they could have told me over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. I think the issues comes down to being unclear and providing false promises when speaking with customers to appease them in the short term. But this causes such a big headache later when the promises that were made are not honored. I feel like I'm a fairly patient person and do my best to do my due diligence but it's hard to do that when I can't get a straight cut answer and repeatedly get inconvenienced because of it."

"I bought my car last year it has about 16,550 miles on it. I had one oil change previously at Southpoint Hyundai service center which I will say was a great experience. I scheduled a service appointment for oil change in my 16,000 mile tuneup. It took a very long time for me to get the appointment so my oil change was about 700 miles past due. I dropped my car off in the morning. I talked to the gentleman everything was great. Later that day he called me told me that my car needed about $1,000 worth of work new air filters at AC clean out and a fuel line clean out. I told him I wasn’t able to do that right now but could I schedule it at a later date after pay day the gentleman said sure, not a problem. What day is great that works for us. Went to go and pick up my car later on that day. The person on the counter told me no, I had to have an appointment the extra work. I aked them if the service advisor made one and they stated no. I aked to speak to a manger they told me they left for the day. I was beyond frustrated at that point. I went to my car and my car still says that I need maintenance. I also have low tire pressure. took it to a tire shop to fill up my tire, and they say I have a nail in it, but Hyundai said that they did a full inspection25 point inspection. I have low windshield wiper fluid, and my antifreeze is below the minimal line. They said they topped off all of my fluids and did a 25 point inspection. I personally don’t believe they actually even did an oil change because then why does my car still say I need maintenance on it. They lied I tried to call and talk to a manager two times. No one will call me back. I have waited until Monday afternoon and no one has called me. Last time I went there, I had an email asking about my service. I got a phone call from the manager making sure I had perfect service. I’ve been waiting for my email regarding my service it hasn’t come. And to top it off last time I had service done. They told me if I did a five star google review they would give me a full tank of gas. When I dropped off my car they said yes not a problem you can redeem that today. Did I get it? Absolutely not. So that means all of the five star, google reviews are a lie."
