"I was about to drive off the lot. When I noticed I was missing lug. Wasn't informed I was missing a lug. So I look a little closer. Looks like they use the wrong size bit with an impact and stripped some. I get that mistakes happen, but not to inform your customer of missing parts is another. After that, they proceeded to try and up sale me on new lugs."
"These guys stay busy and there is always a line. That being said they make it a point to greet everyone in line and let them know that theyʻll be right with you. Simple customer service but damn does it go a long ways. Greg, Derek and Juan all were superb when I had to replace my Jeep tires. These men as well as the crew were all helpful, curteous and efficient. 10/10."
