"This car audio shop is second-best to A+ car stereo in the local area. They have a really great couch and TV built into the same building as where the check out is. They install car stereos well like a good Kenwood one on my old car, car alarms, and speakers, and subwoofers too."

"Showed up to get my windows tinted. Was told a different price from the day before. Got my windshield tinted also and up by the rear view mirror the tint was bubbly. Went back the next day and showed them what happened and was told verbatim "that's normal, it'll be gone in a few days". It's still bubbly after months. Went today to get my new registration sticker only to realize that in order to get the old one off and put the new one on I had to cut the tint with a knife because they tinted over the sticker. So now my windshield tint has a big hole in it. Definitely won't be going back. Hope you guys get better work. All my other wi blows on my truck came out perfect"

"I've had over a dozen cars serviced at MP audio for both stereo and window tint over the past 15+ years. I've always received great service and reasonable prices and I have recommended dozens of my friends. I'm not sure what has recently changed in the ownership. I'll simply post the facts and not opinion here. I scheduled an appointment for Friday to have a stereo and 4 door speakers replaced. I showed up at 9am on Friday (normal opening hrs) and the shop didn't open until 9:45am. I left the vehicle all day and they worked on it until 6:15 (they close at 6pm). The installer said that the backup camera was not working and stated that the backup camera must not have been working when I dropped the vehicle off. I was irritated and said that the backup camera worked in the previous stereo they replaced. I came back on Saturday and showed up again 9am when they were "supposed" to open. I sat there until 10:10 until an installer (not the owner) opened the shop. That was 2 days in a row that the owner failed to open the shop until 30-50 min past when they were supposed to open. At the end, they finally got the rear back up camera working (strange since it mysteriously started working after accusing me that it didn't work when I dropped it off). It's sad, but I will no longer be recommending MP audio. If the owners are listening to these posts, you are losing loyal customers."

"Sal and his guys took amazing care of my audio system tonight. They stayed late because they kept finding problems after a performance shop destroyed my audio controller, amplifiers, and cut all my wires to make their job easier. My normal audio shop guy had just left to head out of town for the weekend, and these guys took care of me last minute. They are phenomenal. I will be returning soon. Thanks again, Sal.
