"Went in to ask if they would be willing to donate to a good cause at a local hospital that benefits staff and families. Manager told his people to let me know they didn't want to hear anything about it and asked me to leave. I get running a business but at least have the decency to talk to someone face to face and there is also a much kinder way to tell someone no. If that is how they treated me, can't imagine any customer gets much better treatment. Hopefully others have a better experience than that. I for one will not go here for any donuts in the future."
"I was there 10/06 at 10:30 AM -- the gentleman taking orders was a freaking star. He had my daughter laughing and feeling so special. She never gets coffee - so his attention to customer service and a good experience was so so appreciated. He may have made a habitual customer out of us! We LOVED that man! You have no idea what a huge impact you had on a shy and usually very reserved little girl -- she felt like your most special customer of the day "
"Worst Dunkin Ever. This location repetitively messes up my order. Last straw. That’s it. I’m not ordering from this location again. One morning, I ordered a bacon, egg croissant…look at what they sent me…does this look like a bacon egg croissant? And to top it off…you can’t contact the manager or anyone at the location because they keep their phone off the hook…if you try to call them right now, their phone lines will be busy…anyway, I made a special effort after I got off work to make a trip to store location, and the manager was not there. I left my name and number, no one ever called me back..it’s been over a week later. Therefore, I am contacting my bank and have them reverse the charges. Just letting you know, if they mess up your order, you may not get your money back nor your correct order, nor able to reach anyone to even correct the order. Buyer BeWare of this location."
