Waffle House

"Always come to waffle house for food, I love my waffle and coffee. From the moment my wife and I walked in, no one acknowledged us, no word if we wanted to sit anywhere we’d like, we found our own table. Silverware was laid on the table, as if it were ready to serve more people, but table was dirty and sticky from previous customers, seemed like it hadn’t been wiped. We cleaned it ourselves and kept waiting, still no one talking to us, my wife got up and went and talked to someone, and asked if someone was going to wait our table. Somebody came, took our orders, and of course we wanted coffee, hoping they would bring that first. It took our food quite sometime to get to us, it did, and no coffee yet. At this point we both were frustrated and annoyed, how out of all the places around us, we chose this particular location. Kept waiting on coffee and waffles for quite a while. Almost halfway through our meal, coffee and waflles came. Everything was delicious, as I have always liked waffle house. But the wait seems too much to deal with. I would suggest going to a different location or a different breakfast place altogether. My experience was not pleasant at all. Server mentioned towards the end they were shorthanded, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that no one was communicating with us. Definitely will be away from this location whenever I need my waffle fix."

"My experience here was great. I haven't been to a waffle house in years, mainly because most are old and in need of updates. We came to this one as it is fairly new. We sat at the counter and enjoyed watching the food being prepared. Food and service were exceptional, and the manager there was very friendly. We complimented her and told her she had a great staff. Will definitely be visiting again."

"My experience was good 1st time at this location it wasnt crowded but had a steady flow of customers. The staff was friendly. My breakfast was good as well. I would return. Also you can call in your order to go...... Air was a bit too cold for my liking but understandable bring a sweater next time. So if you have taste for just a quick breakfast Waffle house would do."

"So, we had to see if the neighborhood Waffle House would be on the same level as the highway Waffle Houses! LOL! Well, they did not disappoint. They are fairly new and some of the staff need a bit more training, but our food was good, came out in a timely manner and cooked to our order with no problems"

"Had to check out the new location. I've never been to a location where the floor wasn't greasy & service was just ok. We haven't been to a Waffle House in years. Everybody was really nice & even the people who were in training spike to everyone. They were cleaning & taking orders. All our food was good. The only thing I would recommend is for you to tell them how you want them to cook your eggs & bacon. Even the manager was busy cleaning. I sat back & wanted to watch & see if the manager was gonna go from sweeping the floor to touching food, but he threw away the gloves & put me ones on. That was impressive because I've seen people not care & not pay attention. This keys me know that he knows & cares about procedure & customers. Even when we were leaving the manager thanked us for coming in. We'll be back!"
