"A body shop doing a restoration on my truck recommended this shop so I went. I inquired about an alarm system with remote start on a 95 Ford F-150. The guy said that there were no remote start alarms for this year model. Right after leaving this place I went to another shop that would do the job without excuses.I give them 3 stars for their honesty but when it comes to knowledge they seem to be pretty outdated or just not willing to do the job. So I guess if you have a vehicle older than 2007 save yourself some time and don’t go here."
"I went with my car to install the subwoofer. I had my own subwoofer and my own amplifier. I talked to Mr. Martin to make an appointment and on the day of the appointment there was no appointment for me. They asked me to leave the car that was going to be installed during the day while I attended to more vehicles. It didn't seem right to me that he didn't want to work directly on my car so I didn't let him and we agreed to do the installation another day. I called to do the installation another day and they told me they couldn't see me or do the job. I find it unprofessional that they don't tell you things to your face but that you have to be the receptionist who says those things. Isn't my money the same as other people's? Why did I take my subwoofer and Amp didn't want to attend to me? They really couldn't install the audio in my car and they didn't want to tell me?"
"Spoke to the owner and he set me up for an appointment for the very next day. The work was awesome and it was done in an hour which other places said it would take from 3-3 1/2 hours to complete for a touchscreen radio installation and back-up camera. Plus the price was very reasonable! They didn't vacuum up the mess which I didn't mind doing but the work itself was done professionally. I would recommend this place to anyone."
