"Took a set of staggered wheels to get tires installed, he says it would take about 2 hours. 6 hours later he calls to tell me he installed the tires backwards (narrow tire on wide wheel and vice versa) and blames me for it cause I didn't tell him (didn't think I needed to tell someone how to do their job). Then he says he'll have to fix it the next day cause it was too late (this was at 3pm, they close at 5pm). The next day I pick them up and there was a scratch on one of the wheels in the edge and blames me for it as well. I told him I specifically reviewed each wheel when I left them and he insists that he didn't do it. I do a ton of custom auto work, recently moved here and was looking for a tire shop I count on. This one isn't it. Unfortunate."
