"Been here twice now and really enjoyed the dishes we got. While I don’t think the ramen is outstandingly amazeballs, everything is still tasty and it’s especially friendly to my vegetarian and vegan friends. I don’t like that a lot of yummy additions have to be add-ons (wish that it came with the ramen dish itself). However, the apps and side dishes are absolutely fire!! It’s weird that they serve waffle fries but it’s one of the best sides to get here along with the takoyaki."
"I haven’t been to Sazan since it opened and thought I go for date night. The interior has a nice relaxing feeling inside which I like. They had Cocktails to order which was nice, but the drink I ordered didn’t even taste like it had alcohol in it which was disappointing, just tasted like watered down drink. For appies I order indomitable fried which were crispy waffle fries but the dip didn’t have a strong yuzu flavor. We also got the ATX Tempura which came with a dry seasoning dip, didn’t give it much extra taste to the tempura, thought it would atleast come with dipping sauce. Then I order the Spicy Paitan Ramen which was just disappointing, no flavor at all just tasted spicy. The broth wasn’t creamy tasting and the noodles were abit under cooked. It was disappointed, didn’t even finish it. Next time if I go back I’ll probably have to try something else."
"Good service as we sat at the bar area. A good suggestion was to get the spicy ramen and put the spicy on the side so you can add in as much as you'd like was a great suggestion by the bartender. Good noodles, various sake, and reasonable prices."
"One of our go-to places for ramen. It is not very traditional but the broth and the ingredients they use are delicious. We also really enjoy their wings."
