"perfect mix of gross and homey. in my opinion, one of the staple places of del rio due to the mediocrity of the place. the soda machines never work, but if they do it can be good, not guaranteed though. there’s always a wet floor sign in the middle of everything yet the floors are always sticky. sometimes the sodas are cold, but not all the time so that’s a fun gamble. the people are either not wanting to be there or too happy. those hot dogs have been rolling on the grill since i was born, ive never seen someone take one. overall, a weirdly welcoming environment, i am glad it’s the closest stripes to my house, ive seen many children throw up in there and those are memories i’ll cherish forever"
"A welcoming environment, floors are a bit sticky and the store has developed a distinct smell. employees are either extremely polite, or spawns of satan. the hotdogs have been rolling since the day the building was built, the soda fountains are either not working or always flat. great establishment and excellent customer service."
"cashier rude her name on her name badge said : Shirt . she got mad when i did not handle my food items to her to scan them since she is handling money i respectfully asked her to just hold scan for me so she would not touch my items and she went ballistic zero customer service skills... booo..."
"Customer service is really bad. If they are miserable with their job than quit. I'm not asking for fake smiles but a decent service would be nice. PS fix that 6! Yes its flipped so fix it on the gas pump!"
