"Worst retail experience of my life. All I wanted to do was return an online order I made that did not fit and the associates refused to complete my return unless I signed up for the rewards program first. When confronted, they claimed it was a 'policy' for loss prevention which made me feel like they were claiming I was committing fraud for not wanting to provide my personal information to AE even though they already had my information from when I placed the online order.... Anyways, don't frequent this store if you want to be provided even a tiny amount of customer service because the associates certainly don't have any to offer."
"I was here visiting my family and wasn’t planning on buying anything to take back home but Kenzie was such a great help and so knowledgeable I ended up making a purchase! My sister said it’s normally not a great experience so she’s very pleased to see such a major change from her last visit a few months ago!"
"I absolutely love this store. I was helped by Makenzie and she was very patient and wonderful. I had some fashion questions and she helped me figure out some outfits, which was greatly appreciated. "Not only do I love their clothes, but I just had the best shopping experience… I’m non-binary/trans and it was so wonderful to not be gendered by the staff (no ma’am or sir).
