"Really not a fan of The Domain. Way too busy, way too overpriced and parking is a nightmare. However, went early when Macy's opened on a Sunday to return an item. Easy in and out. I might add, we've had a very bad experience with this particular Macy's in the past. The store was dirty, unorganized and the customer service was nonexistent....the associate was far too busy on her phone to answer any of our questions. The experience this time was far more pleasant and the store appeared much more organized and clean."
"I went to do a return since I had ordered a comforter set that was missing the shams. I was the only one there on the return line and the lady there was rude and very unprofessional. If you don't like your job then look for a new one and don't take it out on the customers. She said what do you need? I said I'm doing a return and she just grabbed the package off my hand abruptly and said that's it. I told her yes and she made a nasty comment. I asked Don't I get a return slip? Her response was"We will return your money however you paid and left to the back. I was calm during this whole situation since I don't like confrontation nor drama. She might have had a bad day but no need to take it out on customers."

"Actually better than most Macy’s until you dare enter a fitting room. Went here with my wife and the fitting rooms have not been cleaned in a very long time. So nasty if anything touches the floor better to throw in the trash. The clothes piled up are how we found it."
