The dad insisted I needed to come by and they would refund me. Because of my busy schedule I called a couple weeks later and asked to just be refunded through my card and I did not want to drive all the way across town, the dad acted upset, said “F&@$ it” and hung up on me. Dishonest. Terrible customer service."
