"Bought a truck had a motor noise sure enough didn't take long motor went out. It's all our problem I bought insurance cause I didn't feel safe with the motor. My brother was pushy about getting the truck Insurance supposed to cover motor didn't tell me now I found out Insurance only cover gaskets on motor so it's not worth buying insurance they told me it cover the motor. That's what I wanted Did not explain to me now I try to get money back. Canceled the entrance I could do that You only get a few dollars back. I guess what I'm trying to say not honest people"

"I was pleased with the car buying experience. But felt like something was off. Sure enough, 3 weeks later the transmission went out. When calling Lonnie, he tried saying that the brand dealership was probably trying to get money from us and gave me 2 numbers to get second opinions. One number didn't answer at all and another said it would be 800$, BUT that we would have to find the trans and buy it ourself and basically 800$ was labor. It seems like every time I call to get ahold of someone, they either don't answer or they don't call me back. So we paid 1700 for a used trans not even a month after we got it. Hadn't even made our first payment. I will never do business here again and will tell others not to do so either. Also, we were only given one key and now that we need to change a tire, we were not provided with a tool that releases the wheel so know we're running a around trying to get it figured out, and it's not as easy as you would think. If I could give no stars, I would."

It's rare to work with a dealer that actually values their customers but you will find that here. I'll be returning when I need another vehicle."
