"The staff was friendly, but I was quoted an amount for brake pads and okayed the service because it was comparable to another quote we had been given. When I picked up my vehicle, the charges were $100 more than the quoted price. Apparently they made a mistake on the quote labor price. They did not honor the quote. Be careful and look at a paper quote, instead of trusting a quote over the phone. Also, the credit card surcharge applies to more transactions than you would think. I didn't expect a $15 surcharge on a $350 bill. Update: After posting this review, the company did contact me to discuss the situation. It was a mistake, and they plan to improve their training and oversight."
