"My go to location all the staff and manager is nice, helpful and knowledgeable of products."
"Went to location for raffle. Was not greeted upon entering the store. I was the only person in store. I had to ask to see the shoe because she automatically rang the show up once she brought it out."
"The staff is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. They are not helpful and downright rude. They need to fire EVERY one of them! I will NEVER go back to this location. As a matter of fact, I'm afraid to go to another location. This experience has totally soured me. If there were zero stars, I would have given that rating!!!"
"No other customers in store and I received No customer service two days in a row. Employees were on thier phones, no one engaged me for service , and there was at least 4 employees on the floor. One was even on the phone loudly asking if the person on the phone was sleeping with the dike upstairs as if i as a customer deserved no help or respect. I had to find a shoe then pursuit an employee for help each time and they were disengaged when i did ask for assistance. I Will not return to a City gear or Hibbert sports as a customer especially with the return policy they currently have."
"Went to pick up an order but glad I decided to look around. The 2 ladies on staff was very helpful with assisting me. Store was clean and presentable. I hope the owners fix the AC sooner than later."
