"Paying $1,400 plus for a dress at least they should make sure that the dress will come in excellent condition. This is very bad and I wish I can give them 0 stars. Firstly, they don't warn you about taking 3% when paying card, a little heads up wouldn't hurt? Secondly the employees are entirely rude as if they do not want to be there, thirdly my daughter had ordered a dress and it came in bad conditions, they're lucky my daughter liked the dress, otherwise I do not recommend purchasing from here. Horrible experience."
