"Today, 2 days after Christmas and we are in the line and have been for 30 minutes! There is a triple wrapped line with over 50 customers waiting and only 2 cashiers! This is the most sickening thing I’ve ever seen in Burlington. Those poor cashiers probably have not had a break and are not going to get one anytime soon. They are doing checkouts, returns, and layaway! They should have not had them work with such limited staff! The store manager really needs to make sure that his scheduling staff schedules extras during the holidays to accommodate call offs. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Did not even purchase my items and several customers walked in and walked right out when they saw the line. Burlington, please get it together!"

"Nov. 2. 2023. 7:30 P.m. was profile as a shoplifter by Debra who walks around the store wearing a black shirt from (health care) and expect us to know she works there, waited for me to come out of the fitting room did not even identify as an employee didn't say a word to me just extended her hands to me to give her the merchandise I was not going to buy. She was rude. I don't think anybody likes to be profile as a shoplifter. I called many times to complaint left me holding for a long time. Debra only follows around Hispanics."

"The store is great, but the customer service is very bad. The cashier on 10/27/2023 afternoon was very rude even when we said thank you he did not look at us or respond. He put all the items we purchased in a long thin clear bag when we left the store the bottom of the bag opened and we ran to the car to put the things in. I told him you need a customer service training."

"This place has the absolute worst customer service. I will never shop there again. I asked for the managers name and extension, and the supervisor on duty literally told me to look it up on their website because she wasn’t going to provide that information. So, when I got home ,I called and asked again and she hung up on me. Guys do not go in this store. You will be followed around the entire store. And be sure they can see your clothing and jacket if you’re wearing one, bc if you don’t makesure of that , you will be stopped at the door and harassed over the clothing you’ve walked in with. That’s exactly what happened to me. The store supervisor tried making me take my jacket off bc she said iit belonged to them. I told her to view her cameras and when I said that ,she knew she was in the wrong,, big time. She told me to just leave. How crazy is that? I walked in there to find a gift and walked out very zngry. I’m going to makesure this woman is dealt with."
