"DO NOT waste your money on this company!! We ordered a hoodie and sweatpants for my daughter for Christmas and they only shipped the sweatpants. You can't reach anyone by phone and they won't respond to my numerous emails with pics and proof that they only sent sweatpants. Apparently, they do this to a lot of their customers from reviews I've read. They'll take your money for their overpriced clothing and not even give you what you paid for. Never again!! Cheaply made clothing that's way overpriced anyway! Should have known better!"

"Zero online customer service support. They ask you to pay for 2 day air shipping to make sure the product arrives before the holidays and then take 4 days to actually ship! The 2 day shipping turns into 4 and now my items won’t make it in time. I have tried calling MULTIPLE times with no answer and still leaving messages… I have tried emailing the customer support MULTIPLE times during the week to get more detail … nothing! I have purchased from this brand many times for way wife and daughter…. This will be the last time. They do not care."

"I am all for premium fashion when it is a high quality product and fits well. Unfortunately, this was not the case when I purchased the 5 Stripe Hoodie from Aviator Nation. I was severely disappointed in the quality, and I am starting to think consumers with money have a false perception that a high price means a more premium product. As a consumer, you relate a higher-priced item and clothing to as a premium, top-of-the-line quality brand. This would not be the case here. I grew up in California and had older vintage sweatshirts. Something other than a $189.00 price tag is actually justified for the type of quality and sweatshirt you actually get."
