Ross Dress for Less

"I finally found the time to write a review about the situation that happened to me in the summer of July 2023 in this store. Worst experience ever, I’m now deliberately avoiding the Ross chain of stores, because I was deceived and my suitcase was stolen by Ross , which I bought and returned a week later, but they didn’t give me a receipt in this store. I asked them to look at the cameras and later they contacted me and said that they actually saw me returning the suitcase. After I asked how the money would be returned, they told me that just call the bank and cancel the payment. I did this and a couple of weeks later a representative of the Ross company called me and said that the money could not be returned because there was no receipt and they could not check the cameras because more than a month had passed and the video was not saved. And it’s my fault that I forgot to take the receipt that the cashier didn’t give me. In general, this is a scam at a high level. The question is not how much money, it’s only $50, but in fairness that this is not right, shame on this company"

"Took longer to pay merchandise then to actually shop, sat around 3:30 only 2 cashiers and tons of people trying to pay. This is now can't think of the holidays. Definitely staying away from this lack of cashier's,, looks like that's everywhere these days. Seriously hire more friendly cashier to speed up this process, I don't shop at stores with self check outs, we need people with faces and answer when we have a question..."

"I came in to Ross to return a pair of shoes that still had to original tag attached to it and this lady scanned the shoes and said the shoes are now $3.49 when I paid $19.99 for the shoes and again the tag is on them! She was rude and raised her voice saying do I want to get the items I got for the $3.49 and pay the difference or not I said no I paid $19.99 and my store credit should be for 19.99 she started getting loud and rolling her eyes at me and I ask for a manager she then starts huffing and puffing and saying I HAVE A LONG LONG OMG! ……… I COME HERE ALOT AND HAS NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY! The manager comes and ask me the day I bought them and what register I went to I told I I don’t remember the register but I remember I spent like $600 that day! This service is beyond HATEFUL! The mangers name is Sunica and the cashier was Jen! The manager was helpful but the cashier was rude! NEVER AGAIN"
