"I recently bought a robe/compression bra set as a gift. I bought it online and paid for 3 day shipping. It took a little longer to ship so I called and spoke the nicest lady- she apologized and said that this could happen because UPS estimates their delivery times. At that point she refunded my shipping costs and sent 2 new products, that went with the robe, overnight for free to make up for the inconvenience! I can't express how nice it was to not only talk to a kind person, but to have a product shipped for free to make up for a mistake that really wasn't their fault... that just doesn't happen nowadays. Thanks so much to Brobe, overall it was a fantastic experience!"
"The abdomen binder is constructed well with high quality materials. I purchased it because my Plastic Surgeon recommended the Brobe garment. The package includes 3 different widths- very handy!! The initial order was lost in the system but Allie in Customer Service is fabulous! She got one to me prior to my surgery. I'm very pleased that I chose Brobe!"
