"Made an appt here as that was required. Once there all they do is show you dresses from the catalo. My daughter did like one, the lady took her measurements and said she would find out if someone had it in stock. Went in on a Sat and she would have contacted me by Monday. They never reached out and i was not able to get an update bc the lady was not there that monday. Needless to say we went somewhere else."

"I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. I was enticed to come to this store because of the reviews. I am celebrating my 1st Quinceñera and I needed the dress. Let me just start by saying I find it highly unprofessional to lure customers in with false promises. I was told to make an appointment to have my daughter try on dresses. To which I understood so that I could be given the time needed. The day of my appointment I was told another piece of information that was not said before making my appointment . Apparently, the rules changed and I must pay a fee for her to try on dresses. The fee would be reduced from whatever dress I would purchase. This seems wrong as if they want to pressure you into making the purchase. I don’t understand why make appointments if you will not attend the person. Other customers walked in and I had to stand to the side and wait so the attender could speak to other customers. Even do there were 2 staff members to help. As a future customer this makes you uncertain of what else could change after the purchase is made. I shopped around in other boutiques for the dress my daughter loved at Gallery Quince. The price at Gallery Quince for the dress was $1,800. In another boutique THE EXACT SAME DRESS was $ 1,200. Why the markup of the exact same dress? Apparently that is one thing many customers that have visited this boutique have complained about. I was very close to purchasing but they’re unscrupulous ethics made me lose interest in this boutique. Buyer be ware before making any purchase in this boutique."
