"The sale person was so clueless and the manger doesn’t price match from the website worst customer service seen ever I am only ordering online not go into that store again online is cheaper people. It’s like 15% off and with my 20% off on 75$ my clothes were like for the 2 joggers I wanted was 100$ with express shipping and the manger is so dumb and only would only bring it down to 147$. Just order online cheaper and less dumb workers that dont honor the price match method. Worst store ever"

"I absolutely love having a store close by to where I live - makes returns that much easier! Except for today, I tried to return some pants that were within the 30 day limit. Since the pants were exchanged from a previous order (ordered a size up from what I originally bought) I was told I could only receive a store credit. Claimed it was store policy. Then called customer service to be told it’s not store policy, they should have been able to refund to my payment, and apologized. Please train your employees!! Having a brick and mortar is great for convenience but pointless if the people employed to help you aren’t helpful/up to date on customer policy. Also please get off your phone when there is a line of people waiting to check out lmao it’s not that hard to do this job."
"Just order online. Dressing rooms are always closed and there’s always a line for the three that they leave open… takes forever to get a dressing room and forever to check out. Lots of staff yet they rarely assist anyone. This store will test your patience, always find cute things and end up leaving because the wait is insane."
