"The store experience was good, but the website sucks. I tried to purchase shoes online (and pick up in-store since I was there) in order to take advantage of an online coupon. The site kept looping and wouldn't allow me to enter my credit card information to complete the purchase. The staff tried to help, but to no avail. The very nice, District Manager, Corey, resolved the issue by honoring the discount in-store. Because of Corey's resolution, my experience was pleasant."
"I actually love this store. Good deals nice clothes but actually going in the store front can be disappointing at times, especially when in a clutch. My biggest issue is that they lock the doors before closing time and have ran into this issue multiple times. So if it 20 or 30 before closing don’t even waste your time."
"I wish there was a zero star rating. The store offers great products and pricing. The customer service is horrible. I was in there 20 minutes one of three customers in the store. No one greeted, acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance. Instead the employees stood around chatting. There were piles of clothes stacked up so it was a bit junky. Heck I picked caps up off the floor and placed them back on the shelf. And lastly I shouldn’t see young men’s underwear while shopping. One of the employees sagging in a professional retail setting. My hopes are the owner will see this and address it with employees. I personally think they are missing out on a ton of sales. I saw 2 pair of sneakers that I would have readily purchased but walked out due to aforementioned circumstances."
