"I’ve heard others opinions on how rude the workers are at every brandy location so I’ve always been afraid of going to a brandy because I (like any normal human being) don’t like shopping where I am not treated with respect. The reviews are so true in the worst way possible. Most stuck up pathetic workers ever. I said “excuse me” & “sorry” about five times when I felt like I was in their way (it was extremely busy) & I wasn’t even acknowledged once. & no I don’t care if they acknowledge me & I did go on a Saturday so I didn’t expect much but wow & they 100% act like they are too cool to interact with customers/people.. (Why even work retail?) how sad because I really love the concept of brandy Melville but I wont be shopping there again :("

"I like this store, coming since they’ve opened this location. Personnel is always nice and attentive when needed, but not bothering me. I love the customers at this location too. Most of the clothing is one size (and some items are plus size). Very basic, comfortable clothes, natural looking colors."

"As usual the clothes were nice (although one size which definitely would not fit all), but the workers were so unhelpful and borderline rude. I didn’t believe the thing about brandy workers being stuck up as every European store I’ve been to has been fine but the girls here were completely disinterested lol. There were 4 of them standing around at the changing rooms, chatting and braiding each others hair while there were 5 of us waiting for a cubicle, I assumed they were all full or something. After 5 minutes or so one turned to the girls in front of me and said “are you waiting for the changing rooms” in a really flat tone and handed them their numbers saying “fine you can go into one of the free ones”. Made me wait another few minutes before saying the same to me, turns out there’s like 7 or 8 cubicles and they were all empty except one lmao. The girl at the checkout was equally disinterested. I’m not saying you have to love your job but when you’re paid to be there you should probably not treat the customers like an inconvenience whilst giggling and standing around with coworkers. They weren’t mean but definitely in need of a retrain or a better work ethic I guess"

"This location was really nice, I had gone there expecting a bad experience based off the reviews, but the staff were respectful, they shared the return policy before we purchased, { items that aren’t pants or shirts are final and 14 day returns if not an accessory } they do have changing rooms and they accept Apple Pay, debit, and credit. The store was very clean. My only problem was that I had gotten a Tote but whenever I went to the car there was a small stain on the front, although I wasn’t that mad because it was the last one in store. I got some adorable clothes and overall had a great experience."
