"Great store cheap prices!"

"Racial profiling at its finest. My husband (bm) and myself (ww) went shopping since the weather is turning cold. Once inside we went separate ways so that I could shop for my daughter and myself and he could shop for my son and himself. We were there long enough to acquire more than $300.00 worth of clothing and shoes. My husband was still looking so I went back to the women's section. I got a call from my husband asking me where I am because they took our basket! I was livid so I went to where the white loss prevention guy, and Hispanic woman were standing and asked where my basket was. The loss prevention guy was obviously embarrassed because he didn't realize we were together. Apologized and scurried off to retrieve the basket. I saw them watching him. They told him he must really love his family to be buying all this for them. Asked him how he could afford these items and completely humiliated him and myself. Then the Hispanic manager stood next to the cashier as we were checking out. I will NEVER shop at Burlington's again. There was never a verbal apology. The manager was cold and rude. I promise I'm a general manager at a hotel, I know I make twice as much as she does, I don't need to steal. It was definitely racial profiling because we were in the store the same amount of time but only he was watched and stalked. This manager should be fired and I would like someone from corporate to reach out to me. Yes, I'm a rewards member. Sadly, an enjoyable shopping trip for winter clothes was ruined by racist and unprofessional employees. I would definitely consider replacing the I guess manager. Shame on Burlington's for engaging in such behavior. I will tell anyone who will listen about this because it's truly embarrassing, humiliating and inhumane."

"Came here at 8pm to purchase my daughter a dress and the fitting rooms were closed at 7pm but the store stays open until 11pm. Bad customer service!"

"Okay where do I start . Let’s talk about no team work at checkout . I expected this location to be bigger it was once Best Buy. This location is very small and no space to walk everything is close together . Also seems as though they are limited to stock definite don’t have a nice variety of clothing in my opinion. And yes the line is the worst line you will ever stand in . Wait to exceed over 20-30 minutes. So don’t come in store hungry take you sneaker bar like they say your not you when you hungry."

"Nothing is where it belonged!!! I’m definitely not thrifting: soon as I begin walking around I said yea no I’m not digging thru stuff! Hands down this is just lazy employees! I won’t be spending my money in this location! No thanks! And the store wasn’t packed. I seen more employees walking around on there phones instead of working."
