"I have been living in this area since before Hurricane Harvey Ever since this place opened every visit has been uncomfortable. They follow you around the store and continuously ask if you need help! Every single time. I stopped going but went in recently, as expected horrible!!! It’s like they train their employees to be aggressive. I enjoy every other Old Navy except this one!"
"September 22, 2023 12:50pm Was coming out of the dressing room and an employee that was short, thin, white with pale skin, painted on eyebrows and wears a face mask to hide teeth that need dental work was waiting for me by the dressing room door. It was strange and I felt stocked. I was very uncomfortable and later on I was made aware by another employee that the same girl had previously and continually makes derogatory comments about me to others. Really liked coming to this location because of the deals and promotions they have, and the other kind employees. But this might be the last because if the harrassment"
