"A week ago I purchased a large suite case from there location, and it broke at the airport before my departure flight. The manager Michael suggested that I contact the manufacturer of the suitcase to file a claim. He didn’t offer any compensation or apology for me traveling with a large suitcase full of clothes with only 3 of the 4 wheels operational. Also the layout for returns is cluttered and easily missed. While standing in the return line, I was required to step out of line so workers could enter and exit the center counter."

"Lots of clothes and shoes well sorted out in sections around the store. Easy to find the general types of clothing you want (pants, shirts, dresses). And the shoe department is massive! Like other Ross stores, prices are good, but you need to hunt thru the racks to find what you need because there's no merchandising--plain cotton dresses will be hung next to a work dress. But that's your exchange for the prices you get. And while this one is definitely nicer than some of the other ones in town, I found dresses tangled with each other because they were falling of their hangers, and it hadn't been fixed by staff. For me, this is not a quick stop shop. It takes time to search for what I want, as opposed to a major department store. So if you are opposed to that, then Ross isn't for you. Parking is easy and it's in a great part of town to make this a good stop to include in a day of shopping."
