"I’m usually not the person to leave terrible reviews; however, I have shopped at this store several times with no issues. This week I had to visit the store twice. Initially, I purchased items that had not had the security tags removed during my purchase. I didn’t know because none of the alarms went off upon exiting. So, to my surprise last night, I saw the tag was still attached. This was inconvenience that led me to go back to the store when I hadn’t planned to. Today, I went to the store to have it removed, I was questioned on what exactly needed to be done AFTER I had already explained what had occurred and why I needed the tag removed. In that moment, I felt completely ignored and that the cashier preconceived that I had not actually made the purchase. I am surprised and disappointed that because of another person’s carelessness at the register that I had been profiled and treated as some thief instead of an inconvenienced customer."
"I went here the Fri before Christmas, and of course, it was pretty busy. There were mostly winter tops and coats, but the temperature was 69, so not sweater or coat climate. They did have some luggage, but lots of areas looked picked over. I'll be looking forward to shopping when they've re-stocked after the holidays. I usually buy pants and tops here."
"I love this Ross store. It seems to always have new products and they keep everything organizer as much as possible. The bathroom is always clean and it even has the toilet seat sheets. I love the huge variety of things for your home as well. You can basically find everything for the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom that is of good quality and affordable. I love the variety of pet/dog products, especially the treats and toys! Every trip is a fun adventure as I always come back with something great that I was not expecting to find."
