"The bait and switch of sales signage is a real thing, as many have mentioned in other reviews. In terms of service, this is like one of those pretentious places that SNL or others make fun of. The attitude they exude definitely tells people "we're better than you, and we know it." Also... guess what... I bought a pair of jeans 3 months ago from here, and the zipper broke. Because of course they're using the cheapest materials possible. The product is trash. The service is non-existent. The "sales" are a scam. Happy Shopping!"
"Too much bait and switch here. The product is fine, the customer service is disinterested if not reluctant. They set the store up in a purposefully confusing way. What is on sale and what is not is placed together to get you to the counter with full priced items you thought were a deal. Only to be told otherwise, hoping you'll say "fine, I'll get it anyway". Not exactly reason to steer clear, but certainly check your price tags as you go."
"Lost counts how many times this store closes during regular business hours for various reasons recently - short staffed, system issues, blah blah. In multiple occasions that I Drove there, got through the hassle of the domain traffic, parked, walked over, boom, stores closed unexpectedly. Like yesterday was Saturday and they closed at 3 pm just with a piece of paper as notice on their front door. If they have such a hard time to keep the store open maybe shouldn’t keep this location to begin with. Service you receive here is always a hit or miss, some staff are very helpful and friendly, some just have this arrogant teenager attitude for no reason"
