"I am in extreme disappointment with the return policy and customer service. I recently purchased a pair of shorts from this store and was told that I had 30 days to return them. However, when I attempted to return the shorts because they did not fit, I was informed that I could only receive store credit, not a refund. I specifically asked about the return policy before purchasing the shorts and was only told about the 30-day timeframe. I was not informed that I would not be able to receive a refund. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has left me feeling cheated. Furthermore, the customer service I received when attempting to return the shorts was abysmal. The manager I spoke to (Dylan Mosher) over the phone was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. You should reevaluate your return policy and provide more transparent information to your customers. Additionally, I hope that you will address the poor customer service I received and take steps to ensure that it does not happen to other customers in the future. I wish I could give 0 stars!"

"Terrible customer service! So I bought this outfit for my daughter for Christmas on American Threads website. It is too big. The email confirmation they sent doesn’t say anything about “final sale”, and the page where the item was listed didn’t either. But the paper receipt they put in the bag did. I just didn’t see it cause I didn’t look at it. Now they are refusing to refund or exchange the item. I showed them the pics and apparantly they don’t care about our business. Also interesting thing is that they make their customers pay return shipping. If you are thinking of giving this company your business, you might want to think about it. I will never give this company my business again."

"I went into the store last Friday with absolutely NO IDEA what I wanted to wear out that night and the girls who were working were SO helpful. I feel they went above and beyond to help me find something to wear. The girl that helped me the most her name is Tlengyue, I’m not sure if that’s what she goes by but that is her name on the receipt. Awesome customer service and I completely appreciated all their help. The store had a nice open layout, the clothes were very trendy and in-style. Such a nice place, I will be visiting again when I am in Austin. Thank you ladies!"
