"I went today to this store where I usually go because I like clothes, I usually find everything I'm looking for. After 4 months I decided to come back to renew my closet a little. but never before would I have had such a bad experience with the new managers and employees of this store. They just want to be chatting in a group inside the store. and they don't ask you if you need anything and if you ask them about anything they make a bad face at you. It happened to me today that I was trying to make a purchase which the total was 335 dollars but no luck, my bank blocked the card because I couldn't authorize the purchase. When I told the cashier in this case a guy look I would like to make a payment with different cards from that point my terrible experience began. The fact is that I, having the money to pay in another way, refused to carry out the transaction again. I couldn't get what I wanted because after 5 minutes I returned to the store to ask the rather annoying and obnoxious bad-tempered, unsubmissive and unprofessional cashier if she could please locate the merchandise that she had left for me 5 minutes ago. I answered that the merchandise had already been removed from the checkout area and that I would have to look for everything again because of the disorder that was in the store. It lasted approximately 2 hours searching as if it were a neighborhood store, everything was messy, those girls, not to mention all of them in the store. He even offered to help me look for my selection. Before, this store was my favorite but the customer service speaks very badly of the person who is managing this business and reflects a drop in quality, order, cleanliness and professionalism."

"I was overcharged as one of the cash registers, Ko, decided to scan 1 top twice. I asked him why my total was so large and he claimed that “the top is being sold for its original price, it’s not on sale.” That’s interesting because the other two Forever 21 locations I went to today had the top for the clearance price as well as online! Please double check when you’re scanning. I shouldn’t be paying almost $30 for a $12 top."

"The store has literally everything you need from men, women, kids, plus size- m -extra small, shoes, purses, makeup, accessories, scrunchies, swimsuits just everything that you would need for a spare of the moment event or a shopping trip just because. The store is well organized for it to be so big. The lines are long but not too bad."
