"I do like the clothing here but prefer to shop online because the physical location seems to always be out of stock. Oddly enough they stock plenty of the xxs-medium sizes but good luck finding anything larger than a medium. The customer service here is terrible. Each and every employee I come across here has the worst attitude and they’re really rude. It’s like they’re talking down to you or something right when you walk in the store, if they acknowledge you at all. Don’t even bother asking for help finding anything."
"I’ve always wanted to purchase a pair of jeans from Madewell, but was always too nervous to try them on or ask for help. Poy immediately came up to me and asked if I needed help. She asked for my size and gave me 3 options. I was skeptical because I’m plus size and stores never carry my size. I was surprised that 2 out of 3 jeans fit comfortably. I would never have purchased a pair of jeans if it hadn’t been for Poy. She made me feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service!"
"I love Madewell for their leather goods. Bought two pair of boots from them, both lasted me years, high quality at reasonable price. Plus sometimes they have good promotions. The atmosphere here in the store is relaxing and inviting. If you’re just walking around window shopping, staff here won’t bother you with a lot of “engage the costumer” awkward questions. But when you need help they are always ready to help. Really appreciate that."
"This is part of J. Crew so lots of denim, clean lines and preppy. Great jewelry and I love their shoes. Leather and canvas bags are reasonably priced and monogramming is free, while your wait. Sales staff was super friendly and helpful on our visit. No pressure, just very competent. Dog friendly too!"
