"I wish there was 0 stars , the worst experience at this location workers treat u as if there are discussed of something. Walked in at first was greeted nicely the moment the lady realized I was there for an exchange or return a dress I purchased online suddenly the treatment changed and started looking at me up and down as if I don't belong in a store like that the discomfort I felt was out of this world, then the pressure started . Do u want to order a different size no matter what I said why i am returning it she came back at me with do u want a different size . When I was firm about it she started acting as if I didn't buy it bc when I received it there was no tag on it and I was making the exchange the same day it was received and had the receipt in my email . You guys should not be judgemental or talk to customers in a rude way or make them uncomfortable or even let husband's to look for sizes while ur just standing there as if ur doing a job u hate it's not our fault. Arlington store in DFW is way better and all workers r so kind and ready to help from the min u walk in to the min ur walk out ."
"Only giving one star because I don't have a lower star option to give them. The service I received at this place while trying to simply exchange an item from one size to another for my wife was unreal and as poor as I have been treated at any establishment. Staff is incompetent and has to call corporate to do an exchange. They blame it on "corporate policies". Good luck keeping customers with this style of treatment and policies. Other customers in the store with similar problems at the same time. Wife and I will not return to this store to purchase anything again."
