"Not sure why anyone over 5ft 8 and 98lbs would shop here. I was shocked at the lack of sizes. I'm 150lbs and 5ft 10 and couldn't find pants I could get my thighs into. And I'm skinny..."
"Love free people. I’ve been shopping with them online for years. Better to shop online or in the app where you don’t have to deal with the employees following you all around the store like a hawk while you’re trying to shop and enjoy your weekend. It started from when we walked into the store, one of the employees looked at me and my husband and at every corner where we were browsing there she was at a distance. I picked up a pair of pants I bought at the end and she immediately came over and asked if I needed a fitting room. She then proceeded to fix items at a rack next to us. I went to the front to look at another pair of pants I wanted when we first walked inside. Decided to pick them up to purchase and there she was again. Haha other people were in the store too but they weren’t Asians. Not coming back here again, and staying on my apps or Nordstrom instead where customer service is much better."
