"Ok. My sizes were all messed up and I thought it would be a nightmare to exchange. Dominic, the manager, just did exactly what needed to happen to get my order done. No drama. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service right now, and he and his team nailed it."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! We bought clothes, which were priced according to a price range that we might expect. But, then, at checkout, we bought apple chips and some candy. It was the equivalent of a bag of potato chips and a candy bar. They were small. Prices were easily more than double what they normally would've been anywhere else. We were charged $5.00 for a small bag of apple chips, and $3.00 for the candy. A vending machine would've been cheaper. I've never been charged so much anywhere, nor even close! Never EVER again! I felt like we were completely scammed, because there was no pricing on the candy counter, the cashier didn't say anything (of course), and we were not allowed to return the food, even though we hadn't left the checkout area yet. All trust was destroyed by this underhanded way of making extra money."
"The prices are amazing and the store is well organized. The staff, while busy hanging clothes, were too busy to acknowledge customers in their area. There were no long waits for the dressing room or checkout area, and the store was very clean as well."
"Always like to go Old Navy to pick out clothes for my family. This store has some off season discount clothes on the side, which is always good value. The service is just average though, I couldn't find anyone to ask for the sizes I needed, and when paying the lady couldn't help me with the questions I have for the voucher I wanted to use and was impatient when I was looking through my purse to find it, i mean, there wasn't anyone waiting behind me. It could be just one time thing but I hope the next time this store offers the good service as other Old Navy stores."
