"I secure a construction site near by and our company vehicle needs new tires almost every week because of the nails on site. I’m sure NTB is tired of seeing me so often but they never make it a problem when I call in for new tires. They are so nice and welcoming and they always get the job done fast. Even on busy days they always fit me in their schedule. It’s nice to know they remember my name and treat me like a close friend. Everyone in the front and back has great customer service!"

"Upon entering I was greeted with a smile. I knew I had a separated tire and I couldn’t spend Christmas with my family if I didn’t get a new one. The guy at the front was so kind and helpful. He went out with me, checked it out, found me affordable prices and they fixed me right up. The wait was pleasant and every employee came from the back with a smile.
