"I have been a very long term customer of the shop, around 30 years.  From a customer perspective, the shop was at its peak and just flat out rocked under Marvin Swaggart and continued under Matthew Evan's leadership.  They and their teams called it factually.  Repairs were made correctly and affordably.  They stood by their work. They sold extra services that were genuine needs that were discovered or observed while working on the rig.  They were trustworthy. They were good communicators and their teams were also fast and friendly.  They were willing to show you what needed to be done which built more trust. The counter guys Bob and others including the component shop have always been helpful throughout the years.  I have had a lot of work done and bought tons of parts. Everyone who I interacted with was working as a team, was trustworthy, customer oriented, etc... Every time for decades!   Now to the recent and current.  The last three - four (3-4) years have been rough, have gotten progressively worse and are moving towards just awful in all areas.  I have gone elsewhere more and more because the turn around time is now up to weeks and months.  No one can have their rig down for a month or two.  That is very frustrating.  Then to add to it when you drop by and the leaders are laughing and horsing around in the office.  I get the staff shortage.  I don't care about your policies.  It would sure be appreciated if you would get out in the shop and get your hands dirty Ramiro and Darren if you don't have the people with skills to do the actual work. I took my project to another shop. They did an excellent job for less than half the cost and they did it within 4 hours on the same day that I brought it in!"

"Contacted them on a Saturday night via email regarding having a custom driveshaft made. I received a response Monday morning from Daniel White (who was extremely professional and polite) with instructions on exactly what measurements they needed. After i sent the measurements I promptly received a quote with an exact timeframe. After I asked them to go ahead and produce it, the exact timeframe was met. The driveshaft fits like a glove! Couldn't be happier. It is refreshing to see a business who cares about customer service."

"My semi transmission went out . These guys got it in the shop, opened up the transmission and determined that a replacement would be my quickest and best option. It took a few days, but I would rather have quality than fast. They replaced transmission, put in a new clutch and rear main bearing with top quality parts, had it done by the morning of the 4th day. Kudos to Romero, Paul, Darren, and I wish I knew the mechanics name. You guys are great!"

"I went in December of 2017 for a front driveshaft for my 2010 Ram, they did a great job and since then this driveshaft still like new, I'll be there soon for the one-piece aluminum driveshaft for the same vehicle"
