"1 star to get attention to the service. There were a bunch of employees in the store, walking around. One guy was nice and greeted me with smile. But female employees were extremely unhappy and unpleasant. The girl, taking my clothes back in the fitting room, didn’t say a word, while I was talking to her. I said thank you in the end to, at least, hear a welcome and no. She was completely silent?… The store was pretty empty, but somehow at the register there were 5 people in line and only 1 girl working in red shirt, she took very long time, working with only one customer and I asked her to call someone else to the register, she made a face and didn’t reply anything. Took radio and dispatched, another girl showed up. She was ok, but at this point I was grumpy. Spoiled my Valentine’s Day morning. I’m not sure how they operate when it’s busy. Haven’t been to H&M for about 5 years and definitely not coming back"
"Employee was not helpful at all! She repeatedly ignored my questions. She tried to ring me up for $52 instead of the $26 price!!! Ridiculous!!! The underwear section is very messy, and most have fallen out of the packaging. I would expect that the price for 5 of them is honoured, even when 2 of them have fallen out the pack. I ended up leaving without buying them, as she simply could not understand the situation Will not be coming here again."
"Always crowded with people and the customer service is just ok. They have so many options for clothes, shorts, jeans, etc. I can spend a whole afternoon there shopping and get happy from what I buy!"
"They carry 100% cotton clothes for men, women, & children at really good prices. Check out line downstairs very long on Sunday afternoon. Before waiting in line downstairs, try the check out area upstairs which most people are not aware of and thus quicker."
