"My fiance and I were out and about on a beautiful Saturday evening..and decided to stop at boot barn and see what all the fuss was about..and had the Texas city police department called on us for "shoplifting or something or the nature..was even told that I was changing clothes and coming back repeatedly...I'm assuming to shop lift or who knows these days...my girlfriend is disabled. I was wrongly accused of a crime that someone else was really doing... I'm covered in tattoos with a dome piece so I'm sure there is no confusing me with a doppelganger I suppose the girlfriend and I was in Alvin all day and it just came back into town so it's going to possibly happen incredibly appalling and find the collapse of society is well in effect.... I'm wearing scrubs I'm a nursing assistant so I'm well dressed considering the tattoos straight discrimination.."

"They contacted me back after loosing my 3400$ bracelet that my husband bought me for bday .filed police report ECT. Weird thing is they called me and said some one returned to lost and found. We all think that an employee stole it. Was forced to return it. Weird but thank God we have it back. The manager didn't even want to huge me when I was in tears!!! Very weird store and employee bunch of thieves if u ask me!!!"

"I had a phenomenal experience with Megan. I told her I was in a time crunch, gave her my preferences and budget and she helped me find the perfect hat within minutes. I got so many compliments on it! All of the staff were excellent, from a greeting as soon as I walked in to pristine customer service when I was checking out. I will absolutely be back in soon!"

"This place keeps losing customers by the looks of the reviews, and for good reason. Went in today and bought a shirt that was marked down 10%. Tried to apply my rodeo discount which I’ve done countless times to marked down items and Amelia refused, got an attitude and started pointing to a laminated card next to the register condescendingly saying rodeo discounts can’t be used, even though the item was only marked down 10% and the rodeo discount is 20%. I tried explaining that I’ve done it in the past and asked her to look up my previous purchases to verify, even though she could see what I was saying was accurate she still refused. Whoever is managing this place needs to retrain the employees on sales consistency as well as coach Amelia that an additional 10% off an item isn’t worth losing another customer to Cavenders."
