"I've stopped a couple of times at this location and it was NEVER this bad...maybe it's the holidays I dunno but the other reviews are factual. They periodically only have 2 lanes open and the line will wrap around into mens/HomeGoods... I understand people have assigned posts but KNOWING the store will be busy and only 2-3 cashier's is WAY beyond me. I don't blame people leaving baskets of things behind and walking out. I walked in again yesterday and turned TF around the greeter even laughed and said I understand SMDH..."
"The line is wrapped around all the way back to the men’s section and only two registers are open. There are other employees on the floor but no one is coming up front to help. The line looks like we’re waiting at an amusement park. RIDICULOUS! Not to mention the store is trashed. This location is in complete disarray. Looks like a cyclone hit it. The manager should be ashamed. Horrible shopping experience after working and driving through mad traffic to get here. I feel bad for the employees. Sure the company wants to keep it short staffed to save money. And during the holiday season no less. Definitely not abt quality of experience here. Shop elsewhere because at this place you’ll be digging through mountains like you’re at a thrift store and waiting in a long line like it’s to get vaccinated for the swine flu. Disturbing"
"I have been coming to this location for a while and it was an awesome friendly customer service up to today . I don’t understand how stores hire people who have no patience and are up front rude like they just don’t want to be there . Today was the worst experience and just to avoid that I will probably wind up going to another location from now on . Ashley terrible customer service at the cashier and she even left part of the alarm piece on a dress that I bought for my daughter. Thank you!"
"This place is a mess. I remember when everything used to be organized. Nowadays all the clothes are all mixed. If you are looking for something in medium it might be with the small or the large and vice-versa. Hard to find clothes. What a poor job the associates are doing in sizing clothes. I came in with the intentions of buying a shirt for work looks like I will be on a treasure hunt just to find the size. Hate to be a Ken about this but this disorganization should be unacceptable for management. All it did was frustrate me and make me walk away without buying anything."
