"Bought a pair of bookshelf speakers here, there was only a price tag on one of them because obviously they come together and then they pulled a fast one on me by saying it's individually priced even though only 1 has a tag and casually insinuated that i removed the other tag. Their argument was that people buy left/right speakers individually, like come on no one does that. What's next this goodwill is going to start charging you individually for left and right chopsticks?"

"Was very happy with my shopping today & very happy to see the young girl working today . That is normally working cashier. Her name was Xochilt I asked her to help me spell her name it’s a lovely name. Also because she is fantastic at her job and I want her to get recognition for the work she does. She is always so helpful and very professional. She never fails to give the best customer service. She is amazing with everyone and my family that comes in on senior Tuesdays love her. She is very patient with us and will always receive us with a smile."

"I have shopped there for a year, & given there for a decade or more, however, when I came back to return a few items, still NOT tried on, that were wrong size for who it was bought for, the supervisor, WOULD NOT HELP WITH MY QUESTIONS, WOULDNT GIVE ME HER NAME, WAS VERY RUDE, WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY IN STORE CREDIT NOR ANSWER MY QUESTIONS., & NO information was on my sales ticket at all regarding any return, I even asked the SALES/REGISTER CHECKOUT WOMAN, if this didn't work, if I could return it, NO OTHER THING ON THAT RECEIPT, OR STATEMENT WAS TOLD TO ME. I did get the supervisors NAME, after NUMEROUS TIMES, said it was JANET. Besides this experience, it's been a very nice shopping experience."
