"I shopped for my birthday outfit here. After having horrible experiences in other stores at Barton Creek Mall, it was refreshing to be greeted and helped. Lauren was fantastic. She helped coordinate an outfit and I loved the overall experience. Lauren deserves a raise. This experience really made my day."

"I was there at 1:30pm today and I was asking a white girl and a big girl with black straight short hair a question about a blouse and they completely ignored me till the moment I got in I asked 4 times and was ignored so I waved and the big girl gets mad and says “what” and I said I see you have a sale are the prices already marked off? And she looks at her co worker talking about ME (iwas the only one in the store) and says “omg she is so rude” I said ? “I’m rude but you’re talking about me Infront of me ? I’m rude but your not acknowledging me as a customer because y’all to busy chit chatting about yalls boyfriend problems” she looks at me dead in the eyes and says “I don’t care ur rude” … i was flabbergasted it’s now called being rude to ask employees questions isn’t that your job? I was the only one in the store! You only had to Answer one question, people these days wants to get paid to do nothing ridiculous"

"I went to the Barton creek mall to return a dress i got from francesca’s. The dress was new and I got the receipt.The lady working at the desk (Tamara) was very rude. I gave her the dress and she said we needed the tags. When I bought the dress it didn’t have any tags because the lady took it from the mannequin. She threw me the dress and said “read the policy”. No we’re in the policy says that. I called customer service and talked to the lady over the phone and she said that you don’t need the tags because the dress has the IQ. Customer service called the store and they had to return it. I loved this store until this incident happened, for now I won’t be coming back."

"I was hesitant on writing a review but I can clearly see from previous reviews this location needs to do better! I stopped in this morning to do a return and when I approached the counter I was not acknowledged. The cashier processed my return handed me my receipt and turned away. As I was walking out of the store I noticed there was a sale happening so I asked her how long it would be going on. She asked me if I knew how to read that it was listed on all the signs. I assured her that I did and that I didn’t like the way I was being spoken too. She ignored me! I found a dress I liked and when I approached the counter to check out another worker came in and she started to tell her how she had been hanging up on a customer all morning that was calling in to check on an item. I was disgusted as I walked out with the customer service at the location. I typically shop on line & quite frequently so I was extremely disappointed at the in person customer service at this location. Please resolve this before you guys lose business! In this economy there are people in serious need of jobs & she’s occupying the space of someone who could be representing you guys in a better light. I also emailed corporate!"

"I have always enjoyed shopping at this store but I was treated so badly by an employee who I later find out is a store lead, wow. I went a Friday afternoon and clothes was snatched from my hands by this employee for no reason. She was extremely rude! The store was empty, there was plenty of time before closing and definitely no need for that girl to treat me that way. I left without buying anything because her behavior was completely inappropriate. I went back a few weeks later and the same employee was being just as rude to other customers. I don’t understand how someone can be so unprofessional and mean to another person. Although I love the clothes, I have decided to not come to this location anymore. This employees behavior is inappropriate. If she treats customers this way, I can only imagine how she treats her coworkers. Not okay. If I could give less than 1 star I would."
