"Tried visiting this store on the 7th of February, just before their closing time of 7PM, while my wife exited the vehicle in a cast on her leg, and made her way to the door a worker immediately hurried to the door and locked it as we were approaching then immediately walked off. Truly disrespectful and uncaring about their clientele. She did this prior to their closing time and even though we were just going in to exchange one item for a larger size, this will not be the case when I make a large return due to dissatisfaction with this location. I will add that my wife is a certified trainer and under the Athleta Professional program (Athleta Fit Pro), and this event will be discussed in the community."
"Sour experience. I visited this location as I found out from my yoga partner that it’s brand new, I approached the register and a woman (whom I found out later was the supervisor Karen ? ) she was the only one standing there. She gives me this annoyed looks and says “you ready”, she didn’t seem too welcoming and wasn’t doing anything but calls another employee who was already busy with another customer to come charge me. And I kid you not the manager tells the girl to tell me about the credit card. The poor sales lady seemed to be doing it all! I’m Confused as to why I had to wait while the so called “manager” wasn’t doing a thing. And what the heck, you want a credit card from me after your disgusting service. This does not seem like normal business practice to make customers wait. I was severely annoyed since I Was not greeted or even offered assistance as I shopped through. Would have been nice to visit another location than the Rice Village one. You’d think that expensive items would mean better customer service. This is too be expected from A ghetto mall ran by ghetto staff. Highly dissatisfied with the service I called back the next day get this persons name."
