"i’m usually Not one to complain, but the older woman who works for the purse department, named Nigar, might be middle eastern, who is usually near the Kurt Geiger Brand has already given me on two different occasions very poor customer service. she should not be working in sales or any anything that has to do with customer service due to her poor attitude and her lack of work energy. Please have her work on that."

"If you African American I wouldn't shop here. I came to buy some cologne and I'm a very indecisive shopper and like to know about a item before I buy it. I was approached by an older Caucasian female who is a business manager for jo Malone. She approached me and was interested in the initio oud for greatness. I ended up sampling some others from the line. When I was sampling an younger Hispanic female came over behind the counter and began staring at me as if I'm up to something. I felt uncomfortable so I told the sales rep that I would be back and to let me decide if I want to buy the fragrance. I came back and I was interested resulting in me spending 443.00. With being said, high end perfumers usually have those fancy bags for each brand. All I got was a flemsy Dillard's plastic bag. I asked for samples from the initnio line and was told they didn't have them blaming it due to Christmas. Then when I was checking out some Harris county deputy came into the area scoping me out. That deputy wasn't there all day probably but since I'm black and spending 443.00 on an item, someone had to call him for good measures. I felt so disgusted. I worked in the medical field and work with law enforcement as due to my occupation. I'm returning this first thing due to: 1. Older female sales rep wasn't nice until I decided to buy. 2. Wasn't given the initnio experience. Ex no samples, no bag( just a flemsy Dillard's bad) wack presentation. 3. Harris county deputy shown up right when I was checking out looking directly at me. 4. It's Dillard's and Neiman Marcus, Saks is way better. 5. Racist sales reps who are sharks. Dillard's used to be high end but it's slowly declining. I don't any in way blame the deputy I blame who ever called him for no reason. Go to Neimans, Nordstrom or Saks if you want a better experience. Yes the sale reps could be intimidating but it's way better than Dillard's."

"My daughter modeled with Party Caboodle. All the kids modeled in Dillard's children/junior clothing."

"Usually this would be my go-to place but the lack of customer service is astounding. The manager claimed to smell cologne on the suit that I was returning and refused to give a refund. I don't even own any cologne. Literally making up excuses just to not accept a return. Even with the shoes, I had to remind them of their own policy for them to accept my shoes back. Make sure what you want is 100% what you want because good luck trying to return it!"
